Advance Salary Disbursement Policy

Purpose:

This policy outlines the guidelines for employees to request an advance on their salary for the upcoming month's payroll.

Eligibility:

o   Permanent employees who have been with the company for at least 6 months are eligible.

o   Employees currently serving a notice period are not eligible for an advance salary request.

Request Conditions:

  Employees may apply for an advance salary for the upcoming month's payroll only.

o   The maximum advance amount will be equivalent to the employee’s net salary for the upcoming month.

o   Employees can request the advance salary twice a year

Application Process:

 Eligible employees are invited to submit a written request for an advance salary to the HR department via email cc’d to the Lead/Supervisor

o   Employees can not send request after 20th of the month

o   The request should include the reason for the advance and the intended date of receipt.

Approval and Disbursement Process:

  The HR department will be responsible for reviewing and approving advance salary requests.

o   Once approved, the Accounts department will manage the disbursement of the payment.

Restrictions:

o   Employees serving a notice period are not eligible to request an advance salary.

o   Employees are kindly asked to ensure they adhere to the policy guidelines to maintain eligibility for future advances.
