Commitment to Excellence Through Attendance

  • Dedicated Work Hours: Achieving excellence starts with consistency. We value your commitment to completing eight (8) productive working hours each day. Your contributions during this time are essential for personal growth and team success.

  • Punctuality Matters: Starting strong sets the tone for the day. Arriving on time reflects your dedication to both your role and your team. For planned late arrivals, simply submit a request through the Pay People Management System for smooth approval and alignment.

  • Mindful Departures: Respecting scheduled work hours enhances efficiency and collaboration. When necessary, planned early departures can be easily arranged through the approval process—ensuring smooth workflow continuity for all.

  • Embracing Flexibility: We understand the need for adaptability. Flexible working hours are available upon request (24 hours in advance), with approval by your manager and coordination with HR Operations. This system empowers you to balance responsibilities while maintaining productivity.

Attendance Tracking & Employee Responsibility

Employees are responsible for regularly reviewing their attendance through the PayPeople Portal under “My Attendance.”

Any discrepancy must be reported or corrected promptly via the system to ensure accurate records and payroll processing.

Incomplete Attendance Records

If either the Check-In or Check-Out is missing on a scheduled working day, the record will be marked as an Incomplete Attendance.

Such cases will be considered a Half-Day Absence and will result in a 0.5-day salary adjustment.

Back-Dated Requests

To keep attendance records timely and transparent, Leave, Work From Home (WFH), or Attendance Regulation requests may only be submitted within three (3) working days of the concerned date.

Handling Emergencies Thoughtfully

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In such cases, we kindly request employees to inform their reporting line or HR promptly through the system or official communication channels so appropriate support can be provided.

Short Leave Requests

We support your need for brief time-offs with prior submission (at least 3 hours in advance). This ensures minimal disruption while meeting individual needs. To maintain workflow balance, up to two (2) short leaves per month are allowed.

Positive Reinforcement of Accountability

For Probationary Employees

  • Punctuality during the probation period reflects commitment and professionalism.
  • More than three (3) late arrivals in a month will result in a 0.5-day salary adjustment.

For Confirmed Employees

  • Regular and timely attendance helps maintain team efficiency and trust.
  • More than three (3) grace instances in a month will lead to an 0.5-day leave adjustment.

Balanced Flexibility

  • To provide reasonable flexibility, employees are allowed three (3) grace instances per month for late arrivals or early departures.
  • A maximum grace period of one (1) hour for late Check-In and one (1) hour for early Check-Out is permitted to adjust the work timings.
  • Instances beyond these limits will result in appropriate salary or leave adjustments to ensure fairness across the organization.

Why Attendance Matters

Your dedication to punctuality and presence lays the foundation for team harmony, productivity, and success. By maintaining reliable attendance, you contribute to a thriving workplace culture that values collaboration, excellence, and mutual growth.
