Account Executive

We are seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in accounting principles, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy. This role involves handling day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting financial operations, and assisting with key financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in financial data.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial policies.
  • Provide financial insights and support to the management team for strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce (BS/MCom).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in an accounting or finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and bookkeeping practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
