Job Overview:

Support the sales team with technical expertise and product knowledge to ensure successful customer engagements and solutions.


Key Responsibilities: 

l  Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs and assist in client meetings.

l  Product/Services Demonstrations: Conduct product/Services demos and presentations.

l  Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

l  Write proposal to the clients regarding the services.


Qualifications: 

l  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sales and Marketing.

2 + year plus of experience in sales or technical sales.

l  Strong technical background and communication skills.

l  Excellent spoken and written English with a good accent.

l  Collaborative, problemsolving mindset.


Desired Skills:

l  Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.

l  Industryspecific knowledge.

l  Ability to simplify technical concepts for clients
