About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our growing team.
You will work closely with C-Level Management and Project Managers and cross-functional teams to assist in scheduling, documentation, and communication—playing a critical role in keeping projects on track and organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in day-to-day project operations and documentation.
- Maintain and update project timelines, trackers, and status reports.
- Help coordinate internal team meetings, follow-ups, and task assignments.
- Ensure smooth client communication, taking notes and summarizing key points when required.
- Monitor progress and flag potential issues or delays proactively.
- Help manage project management tools (e.g., Trello, JIRA, or internal systems).
- Support in preparing presentations, project summaries, and meeting agendas.
Who Should Apply?
- Candidates with up to 1.5 years of relevant job experience.
- Degree in Project Management field or certifications related to Project Management.
- Strong organizational and English communication skills.
- Comfortable working with digital tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, project management software).
- Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-first mindset.
