Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team in Lahore. The role focuses on winning projects through Upwork, building client relationships, and promoting software, ERP, and AI-driven solutions in global markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of software development processes, SaaS products, and IT services.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or freelance platforms (Upwork preferred).
- Proven record in proposal writing, lead qualification, and client communication.
- Experience with international clients (US/EU).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo, NetSuite) and SaaS or AI-based solutions
Skills
- Strong understanding of Data Engineering and AI/ML technologies.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills.
- Analytical, target-driven, and proactive in achieving goals.
- Collaborative with tech teams and familiar with CRM tools and sales automation.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in achieving business goals.
Additional Preferences
- Experience working with tech teams (developers, data engineers, AI specialists).
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales automation platforms.
- Background in ERP or AI-based business development is a plus.
