We are seeking a skilled and passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models that enhance our products and solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy machine learning models in real-world applications.
- Improve and optimize existing machine learning models for better performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand requirements, and implement AI solutions.
- Research and stay updated with the latest trends in machine learning and AI technologies.
- Contribute to the development of tools and frameworks for machine learning model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to support machine learning workflows.
- Document processes and results for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI model development.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques.
- Proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, etc.).
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and HuggingFace.
- Familiarity with NLP libraries like SpaCy, Gensim, or transformers is a plus.
- Knowledge of model deployment techniques and tools (FastAPI, Python asyncio).
- Experience with model fine-tuning and optimizing AI models for specific use cases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
